Welcome to Britain's Best Loaf 2025!

Returning for its 12th year, the competition is once again seeking out bakers who believe their bread creations are award-worthy. If you think your loaf can rise to the occasion, all you knead to do is choose your category and enter today. The entry process couldn’t be simpler – just provide the name, ingredients, and description of your loaf, along with two accompanying photos.

Taking home a Britain’s Best Loaf trophy is a fantastic way to promote your business and elevate it to new heights. It’s also a great opportunity to recognise and reward your team for their hard work and dedication. This year we're excited to introduce Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in each category, more information can be found here. So, what are you waiting for?

The latest edition of the competition will culminate in an exciting live judging event and awards presentation at the UK Food & Drink Shows, NEC Birmingham, on Tuesday 8 April 2025, where our panel of expert judges will select a winner and highly commended loaf for each category. The event will conclude with the crowning of Britain’s Best Loaf 2025.
