Britain's Best Loaf 2021 Competition
A panel of experts gathered on Wednesday 7 July to judge an incredible selection of breads across five categories: White, Sourdough, Innovation, Wholegrain and Gluten-Free. From the winners of each category, judges then had the tough job of selecting one bread that would be awarded the ultimate accolade.
Sponsored by ADM, Food Paper and Lesaffre UK, the competition this year attracted an impressive number of entries - but there could only be one winner.
We are proud to announce that a Prune & Cardamom Sourdough from Joe’s Bakery in Bishopston, Bristol , was declared the winner of Britain’s Best Loaf 2021 .
